Do you remember my previous upload? Now I've made an acion for you in the same style. 
The downloadable .RAR pack with the action also includes a texture made by me. While you're using the action, make sure, when the "Open" command pops up, to select a Scratch texture. You can you my or someone else's if you want so. Don't forget to play around the settings too, 'cause this was officially created a for bigger images (for around 2000-3000 pixels).
